Just so I wouldn't forget.
This is my journal after all right?
So two fridays ago I went on this date with a guy in my ward.
He just moved in & is an RM ( insert mom screaming here)
We went on one crazy date. Ice skating is not my thing but i'm pretty sure I kicked his trash at it! ;) We then proceeded to drive - in his friend's mac daddy pimped out Escalade - to this neighborhood in Sandy. His neighborhood includes the biggest house built in Utah.
Um, hello are you kidding me!? The picture above is the "white mansion on the hill" which currently is the biggest home ever built in Utah. In the SAME neighborhood that I went to a DATE on. I felt sooo out of place. The friend driving was like, ''oh this house on the left - he just bought his wife a Hello Kitty Ferrari for her birthday."
CHICKA WHAT!?
The kicker is that you can't even see the whole house in this picture. Sickening people! He said it has absolutely everything you can ever imagine/need/want.
At the friend's house we had fondue but we cooked meat instead of a cheese/chocolate fondue. Again - felt outta place. Both guys are RM's and the other girl is twenty something! I am just this lowly freshman.
It was SO beyond the realm of Provo dating. You go to the Creamery on a date. Or the movies. Something super simple because everyone is poor. This was like..the richest date I have ever been on. I honestly was blown away.
Don't get me wrong- I had fun! I am just not at that level yet.
Like...I DON'T LIVE IN A MANSION!
Oh and p.s - Amber Brown (Masters) husband's parents live in that neighborhood. YA. Legit.
