Sunday Bliss

Me and my roommates were talking about our favorite hymns and this was mentioned multiple times. I just love how hymns can bring the Spirit into any meeting and how you can be so overpowered with the Spirit when you sing any hymn. In this video they sound like angels! It makes me think about when we will sing praises to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, rejoicing in Him, and how amazing that will be one day. Hymns have such power that no other way can bring about.

I love going to church here at BYU. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the same wherever you go no matter what country, race, ethnicity, gender, or political stance you/where you live has. That is the amazing thing about it. It knows no boundaries. The Gospel is spreading to every single part of the world with the help of the missionaries. I am so thankful for those serving out in every country spreading the happiness and joy that is the Gospel.

I am so thankful to be a member of this Gospel. I love going to church every sunday. It honestly is such a spiritual feast! I went every sunday back home, but when you are on your own it is different. You are responsible for getting up and going each week. Here, it just is amazing how much I have learned about the Gospel that I have grown up with my whole life. The Gospel brings pure joy! I love everything about it.

Jesus is the Savior and Redeemer of this world and is our elder brother. He knows everything we can ever go through and knows how to get us from point A to point B. The Atonement is infinite and can cure every worldy sorrow we encounter. The Book of Mormon is true and was divinely inspired. Joseph Smith went through what he did so he could bring about the true and everlasting gospel. He wouldn't have done it otherwise! The Gospel is true in every facet and I am forever grateful that it is in my life.
